Worked as a security camera operator for one of the Dillard's retail stores located within a busy, heavy-traffic mall. My main duties consist of observing the entirety of the store, looking for any suspicious and/or illegal or dangerous activity and accidents or emergencies should they arise. I have to communicate with the store manager, mall security as well as any local police in efforts to confront, detain, and possibly arrest any suspicious or dangerous persons to the rest of the public within the store as well as minimize theft/shoplifting. Should any incidents occur, it is also within my duties to write down all incidents that occur within my shift, and make video CDs for evidence to turn in to management, mall security and local police for evidence.
