The Westfield Soccer Association is 1 of the biggest soccer clubs in New Jersey. The program is available for all residents in Westfield, New Jersey (and at the FC Premier level for residents outside of town), starting at U5 all the way through U23. We start with programs for the youngest players to give the children the opportunity to experience the game as if they are playing in their backyard with friends or family members. Through the years players can grow and play at a level that fits their needs. Which could be Rec, Intercounty, Travel or FC Premier.Westfield soccer is a community based club that has been ran very professional for many years. Training is done by professional trainers at the different levels and all players are given the opportunity to succeed at an appropriate level.The development of the players is central and we strive to create a friendly and save environment where these players ranging in age and ability are given the opportunity to play, grow and enjoy the beautiful game of soccer.Many players have fallen in love with soccer playing for the WSA and many have been given the opportunity to play soccer at the highest levels and progress to play at the collegiate level.Let's not forget that no matter the level you play at, having fun while playing soccer is the number 1 priority for all.In my role as the Director of coaching for the Westfield Soccer Association I'm responsible for:- The development and overview of age appropriate curricula- Provide guidance and support for all coaches involved with the association- The training and development of all coaches- Deliver the clubs message to all players, parents and coaches part of the club- Lead the technical oversight of all players, teams and coaches within the club- Make sure that every child in the association is able to experience the beautiful game of soccer at an appropriate level for him or her. I want every child to love the game of soccer at least as much as I do.

In charge of day to day operations for about 14-18 trainers and the main contact for teams and clubs working with Soccer Centers / DTS.

In charge of all schedules and made sure that everything was taken care of behind the scenes. Planning, contact for participants, league contact, promotion and coordination of all events. The program still runs successfully with about 15-20 teams each year competing in a league, state and even regional championships.

In charge of all leagues and tournaments for both adults and youth soccer teams. Main contact for all customers participating in leagues and/or tournaments; coordinated all schedules and in charge of at the day of each event. During December, January and February this means either an indoor league or tournament each day of the week.

2nd year coaching at a Non Public B school. We are working hard to improve the program. The school made it to the Prep B state finals in 2011 (first year coaching at the school).
