Planning task which I involve;• Create notification and raised w/orders according to maintenance issue.• Planning task and Scheduling according to resources/Employee on site.• Planning materials and do reservation ON NILL STOCK MATERIALS at wear house.• Completed/close the work orders with proper time confirmation.• Plan work to meet the company target on Work Management Dashboard Weekly Traffic Lights.• Create of FLOC for new equipment/Building on site to correct Function Location.• Check all w/order must be capture in correct Cost Center before close.• Issue weekly schudeal• Do weekly work order update on close, open, backlogs and outstanding notification.• Update Weekly/Monthly Material Costing.
