A creative and progressive individual, passioned about teaching, writing and leadership. I love working in projects, solving complex and challenging tasks with a group. I have a good sense of developing a project structure from scratch and building a project group. I stay in places where I grow which, among other things, have meant working in a variety of schools with a socially and practically challenging work-environment. From these jobs I've developed good improvisational skills, a strong teacher-ethos and great pedagogical skill.I carry a big toolbox with a wide range of experiences from the military, schools, theatre, music and writing, as well as holding board-positions, working as a project lead, being platoon elected representative in the army and working as a class teacher.
