November 2018 - April 2019: High Voltage Transformers Lean Leader- Created a 2-bin supermarket for internally fabricated parts decreasing the distance traveled by production operators by 70% as well as the number of hard stops by 97%.- Created a combined work space and supermarket for shared assembly resources resulting in a 50% reduction of WIP on the floor. - Obtained GE's Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt certification.- Set up a pull system on fabricated seal plates increasing availability to within 95% and reducing production assembly operator downtime by 36%.
