Currently, I lead the TU initiative (Telefónica's leading platform in digital innovation) and coordinate the growth team that helps to promote digital projects and businesses at Telefónica Digital Innovation, defining strategies and executing performance marketing actions: from digital advertising to CRO and marketing automation dynamics.

Within the Digital Growth area, I led a paid & own media team that helped promoting some strategic projects (such as Movistar Salud, Movistar Prosegur Alarmas or Movistar Home) and other digital businesses (tu.com, Movistar Música, Car, Money), executing a wide range of marketing activities: paid media campaigns, email marketing, SEO, CRO, ASO, etc.

As part of Novum proyect, I was responsible for defining and carrying out user acquisition plans for our customer care apps (Mi Movistar, Meu Vivo Movel, My O2, Tuenti...) worldwide, focusing in growth while increasing engagement and loyalty within the active userbase.

I was part of 'Drivies' initiative, a mobile app aimed at disrupting car insurance sector. I was responsible for managing the communications and media campaigns that brought new quality users to our apps, optimizing costs and volumes for users acquisition, helping to improve users retention and creating awareness of the Drivies apps and its brand, values and vision.

Working as account director at Mo2o, I was in charge of managing mobile channel for clients such as Carrefour, ALSA, Iberostar, OCU or Santalucía. From mobile marketing strategy to analytics and optimization, including apps & mobile sites development, mobile advertising campaign management (performance CPC, CPI, CPL/CPA), ASO positioning... In summary, a complete management of mobile channel to get the most for my client's business objectives.

After almost three years as account executive at Mobile Dreams, I keeped on as account supervisor, leading a four members team.Main accounts that I managed were Grupo Mahou-San Miguel and Vodafone, besides other top brands such as Gas Natural Fenosa, Roche or Santillana.

In 2008 I made the leap into the world of mobile marketing, joining Mobile Dreams Factory, a worlwide leading company in this industry.At this stage, I managed accounts such as IKEA, Sony Ericsson, Mixta, Vodafone or MINI.As account executive, I performed diverse tasks:- Project management, both mobile and online- Campaign launching, execution and monitoring, from inception to measurement and reporting.- Day-to-day client relationships management- Defining strategies and ad hoc solutions for our clients- Supporting new business and sales department- Negotiation and management with suppliers and partners

At Tecnocom, I was part of the internal communication department, managing this area nationally.My main responsabilities were:- Direct management of the corporate intranet- Online newsletters development, on a weekly and monthly basis- Offline newsletters development, on a monthly basis- Corporate events coordination- Supporting the marketing department in both online and offline campaigns- Managing offers and promotions for employees

At Vodafone, I joined Image&Brand online department.Here I was taking responsibility for tasks such as:- Managing online campaigns, coordinating activities with agencies such as Wysiwyg or Fullsix- Managing Vodafone corporate website, directly (CMS) and through partners such as Indra or IBM- Implementing Vodafone new online guidelines- Implementing online analytic tools: Omniture Sitecatalist- SEO strategy on Vodafone corporate website
