In this role, I’m responsible for the HR Services Learning Administration processes for France and training process harmonization in EMEAS.-> For France:• Guarantee the learning administration process efficiency & follow up on the quality of service and the KPIs of the shared services team based in Poland. • Point of contact and responsible for animating and facilitating the communication, understanding and the HRBP’s compliance on the HR Services learning administration offer and processes • Update the L1 support team in the learning administration process in case of creation of processes, updates or legal changes• L3 support for learning administration processes and treatment of non-standard, country specific cases • Partnership with the SIRH in the Cornerstone LMS tool administration and standardization of processes-> For EMEAS:• Support the global process deployment and the alignment of the learning delivery process (ARIS) in the verticalized countries administrated by the SSC and influencing these processes in the non-verticalized countries.• Process and Cornerstone LMS tool standards definition, documentation and communication to the EMEAS learning coordinators

As HR Business Partner my role is:- To contribute to the design of the organisation (skills, resources, processes) to suit business challenges.- To coordinate the resources and the business needs, providing the best solutions in terms of cost, quality and time.- Lead the implementation of change management operations.- Coordinate and guarantee that HR processes and programs are correctly implemented in the frame of the values of the SE Group. - Support and coordinate the management of labour relations and legal aspects for the entity.

I'm the HR single point of contact for the Marketing VP, and I'm responsible for the implementation of all the processes related to people development, for the central marketing function. I'm also supporting the Sales Force HR Director in the implementation of the HR policies and the administration of the HR Information Systems tools, focusing on the population directly reporting to the Sales EVP. In this role I'm supporting key projects and processes such as the Sales Academy training offer, Sales Force Competency Mapping and People Review for Sales & Marketing. I'm also in charge of coordinating the mobility for the Sales Force & Marketing expatriates.

The mission of this position was to lead and to direct the HR function for Colombia and Venezuela, developing and applying global and regional policies and HR processes in such a way that the core of the business is strategically supported from HR, in conformity with Areva T&D directives.I was responsible for managing recruitment, selection, contracting, supervising the payroll process, training and developing processes with the different HRIS tools available such as Artemis People Soft, Business Objects, and SIRIUS.From December 2006 to July 2007 I was assigned to support the HR department in Areva T&D Mexico. During these months we managed to achieve a decisive alignment, consolidation and a functional reorganization of the local Human Resources Area, which allowed the Mexican team to set up the basis for their future regional positioning.

The last role from 2004-2005 was as Wellness Manager. The objective of the role was the administration of the employees network and familiar support, as well as the recreational/sports programs promoting the well-being of the employees, improving their quality of life in the organization and promoting the balance of the personal/work dimensions, covering 4,500 employees. The role had an external impact coordinating the relations with external institutions to establish alliances and agreements. The initial role from 2002-2004, was Selection and Development Manager, focusing on recruiting and developing employees and implementing career plans. I was assigned as support for the country regional HR management (Atlantic Coast, Antioquia and Cali within the Carulla, Merquefácil and Vivero formats), implementing policies and improvement plans allowing to manage the same standards as the head office in Bogotá.

I started from HR trainee and after 1 yesr I was hired for a permanent position.Complete dedication to staffing for the call center and other support functions with high rotation, using psychological tests and conducting group interviews, keeping a permanent pool of candidates ready to be hired.
