• Te Wananga o Aotearoa is a higher education provider in New Zealand. It has approximately 35,000 students and 1,500 Staff nationwide. My position is an IT Service Delivery Technician on the IT Servicedesk.
• Resolve Tier 1, 2 and 3 level requests and incidents for our staff and students.
• Follow a change management process for low and high risk changes within our IT environment.
• Provide technical and training support for the following operating systems: - Windows 7/8.1/10 - Mac OSX 10.5-10.10 - Windows Phone 8/8.1 - Android 4.0-5.0 - iOS
