I am a professional with over 25 years of experience in leading technical teams in a multidisciplinary environment, covering the entire lifecycle of digital transformation.As the IT Director #CIO I manage the IT department with 40 people in different roles: developers, system operations, support and cybersecurity. This department is responsible of the creation and operation of some of the e-government applications needed by the Catalan Government.We are leading a cloud transformation process, migrating our services to the cloud to enhance scalability, flexibility, and efficiency. This initiative is pivotal in modernizing our infrastructure and driving innovation.I am also the Cybersecurity director #CISO, driving the certification in National Security Framework (ENS) for different services, and managing the cybersecurity team. I have led the implementation of various cybersecurity tools and processes, ensuring comprehensive protection of the organization's digital assets.
