MM is the most important Marketing and Advertising company for Technology in the world. I am currently working as PM in the Core Platforms office. We are currently working with Web3, Webapp and Mobile projects, applying agile and traditional methodologies; as we have done with multiple projects that have been successfully finished.

I was in charge of assembling the pitch for different projects, doing the client facing, estimates, cost evaluations of the projects and carrying out the Discovery for the different business opportunities in the company for a determined period of time. The projects were focused on a Web3, Blockchain and NFT environment.

TECVAL, is the technological branch of BYMA, Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos, within this position I cover all the PM needs. What is more, I am in charge of the agile migration of the company. I was the PMO from the very start at CYPE. I had the opportunity to set up and conduct the agile migration for the company. This includes the identification and planning of the training needs for different areas of the company; the identification of profiles for SM and PM; while at the same time, the performance coaching and marking of Agile KPIs within the different areas; and also the design of the strategy for successful implementation of agility according to the business model.
