Ensured achievement of P&L, profitability, volume growth, and market share increase through functional leadership in raising new equity investments and building strategic relationships. Liaised with C-suite executives and project stakeholders on an ongoing basis. Led a full commissioning startup and operations project ($20M). Selected Contributions:• Oversaw the full cycle project to design reactors for the construction of the demonstration plant in Wilton, England. • Directly contributed to the acceptance and delivery of the startup by completing operation and commissioning stages on time, within budget, and with zero LTIs. • Successfully led GAS2’s technology scale up ($20M project) from basic through detail engineering all the way to construction and commissioning of the startup and operation of a full-scale demonstration GTL plant in England. • Fund-raised $25M in new equity investments within two funding rounds. Enabled additional intake of funds by building and retaining close relationships with leading oil companies in the Far East on mainland Europe, securing significant buyout and investment offers (GAS2).
