I was most certainly a 'dabbler' growing up  - a Jack of all trades, though many of which I did master. I was, and still am, inquisitive, eager to investigate the world around me, and it was precisely that broad intrigue and constant fascination with my surroundings, that led me to try. To step. To start.I was never one to shy away from a challenge, nor be discouraged by difficulty  - in fact, I'm pretty sure it added to the allure of it all.This mindset I describe laid the foundation of who I am today. Trying, failing, but ultimately, learning. Understanding this inexplicably valuable principle, from a young age, was priceless.Paired with the genuine curiosity of people, and how we interact, how we think, it led to a natural career path being drawn out before me as I got older.I have had the absolute honour of being able to work amongst such a vast array of differing personalities, all with their own respective skill sets. From bedroom projects on a shoestring budget, to taking the lead on high-tier, complex, well-funded initiatives spanning continents and involving a small army of people – I’m proud to have been exposed to such contrasting strategic landscapes, niches, and management styles.Years spent cultivating a deep understanding of both Software Development and Operations, made for a smooth transition to Digital Marketing, a dynamic, ever-evolving sector that I have always found exciting.The establishment of my digital marketing agency several years ago presented me with the opportunity, and indeed necessity, to manage people, resources, and time, with more accuracy than ever before – a task of which I shall be forever grateful for, having been the catalyst required to evolve into what I feel, is a far more well-rounded individual.I successfully oversaw multiple projects on behalf of our clients, simultaneously. The competence, and perhaps more importantly, confidence, developed from this alone, has continued to pay dividends to this day.Due to the nature of the business, and the spectrum of clients we assisted, I personally assumed and effectively completed tasks ranging from development to SEO/SEM and general marketing, copywriting, strategic planning and of course, sector-specific resource allocation and mid-top-level management.Currently, as Chief Operating Officer for iwinBACK, I oversee business operations.Rather partial to a cup of coffee and rarely decline a quick meeting.
