Information Systems And Technology Manager
Research, plan, negotiate, implement, and troubleshoot information systems and technology solutions in support of business needs. Responsible for IT across the whole company.• Manage IT dept., IT technicians, control costs, evaluate vendors, negotiate contracts, create budgets and project schedules.• Manage IT projects (hands-on) for innovations, installations, configurations and migrations including CCTV surveillance, telecommunications, Web presence, server virtualizations, point of sale systems, network security, ERP/CRM/SCM software and databases.• Manage technological infrastructure (networks, servers) and cybersecurity (policies, endpoint security, firewalls, backups, incident response).• Document troubleshooting procedures, operations manuals, and user guidance.• Apolónia Lagoa new store planning, negotiations, aquisitions and installations including IT requirements gathering, software licenses, thinclients, PCs, printers, CCTV servers and cameras, RF scanners, point of sale systems, food scales, wireless infrastructure, VPN and telephony communication, ambient sound system, and several hundreds of electric and network sockets. Also directly involved in the planning and installation of the new client queue management system.• Managed multi-year SAP S/4HANA ERP implementation project across all departments in cooperation with external consultancy firm.
