Ruben Guerrero is a finance professional executive with over 20 years of experience managing accounting operations and production of periodic financial reports and consolidation, SEC reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Mr. Guerrero managed several operational and financial audits in various countries, as well as facilitated due diligence site visits focused on identifying operational, accounting and technology strategy, and evaluated the design and operation of the company's system of internal controls to ensure those controls are operating effectively and efficiently.
