That is why he created and founded Eat Spanish, the first ever nonprofit organisation that showcases Spanish gastronomy & culture in Australia.Rubén is one of the best ambassadors for Spanish food in Australia: a trailblazer showcasing the diversity of Spanish gastronomy and its products at trade expos, professional events and Australian TV and media.
