Product Manager and Lead UI/UX in the tech sector, creating apps for global brands like Real Madrid, Liverpool Football Club, and the NBA. We won international awards and reached the top 100 in revenue on the US App Store. As an advisor to the board, I was involved in managing investment rounds (€1,000,000, Caixa Capital Risc and Bonsai Venture Capital) and had the pleasure of sharing paella with wonderful Japanese investors who valued the company at €23 million. I led a team of 25 people, working both remotely and in-person.In 2016, I co-founded an eSports startup with 3 partners. As Product Manager and UI/UX designer, we acquired 500,000 users in the first 12 months thanks to excellent ASO. We generated revenue from day one and bootstrapped the company.In 2018, I shifted my focus to social impact projects, joining GENION (www.genion.es) as a partner. I design and manage innovative projects for the social economy and entrepreneurship. All projects must adhere to the EU's high standards for managing projects co-funded by European funds: €2,000,000 managed, 1,000 entrepreneurs mentored, 2,000 hours of direct training in programs.I believe true leadership comes from the ability to positively influence one's environment and be a human, creative, and ethical role model.
