Reporting directly to the CEO of Centrocar Group (operating in Portugal, Spain, Angola and Mozambique), i´m responsible for creating, budgeting and implementing as well, the annual activities plan for the Human Resources department, supervising it´s staff in order to ensure the development of the following areas:- Talent Acquisition and Retaining;- Benefits and Compensation;- Learning and Competencies Development;- Organizational Design and Development;- Organizational Climate Surveys;- Payroll.Manage to materialize Board´s vision on developing policies that contributes to promote a sustainable business growth regarding the Human Capital management.
