My skills and day-to-day job are:- Leading, developing and implementation a full life cycle Projects.- Control and supervision of the Projects budget.- Negotiation and communication with International consortia ( between 6 to 25 EU partners), as well as before the European Commission. - Preparation and communication of plans to ensure executions, as well as status reports by gathering, coordinating and summarizing project information.

- Time, team, project and budget management.- Reporting activities for internal (technical documentation, budgets, planification) and external (contractors and clientes) subjects.- Interlocution, execution and tracking of projects with contractors, customers and vendors- Leading project team: definition, tracking and driving daily operations with Department staff - Risk management.- Proactive leadership team.- Marketing department support, congress & commercial speaker, and consultant in technical and applications topics.

- Automotive camera systems development - Optical engineer functions.- Optical metrics measures of vision systems in ADAS (MTF, Field of View, etc.)-Image quality and test and validation

- Optical Design - Imaging- Programming in Matlab- Illumination.

- Color management:Design and validation of color degradation- Simulation and programming of real cases.- Optical and colorimetric devices: Spectrophotometers, microscopes, cameras and office tools applied to color (Photoshop, Patchtool, Gamut Viewer, etc).

-Experimental Optics: opto-electronics, optics, imaging, nonlinear Optics, Digital imaging processing.
