As founder of Quídam, I have been creating programs for organizational al personal development for 20 years. I am a certified Human Element trainer and currently creating the series THE ART OF BEING A LEADER for our company. I am enjoying my C-level coaching clients and Human Element work immensely! The Sounds of a Leader, Team Building and Jazz has had a warm reception and is currently being offered to companies, non-profits and educational institutions alike!

Musical production and studio recording.As Director of Quídam Music and main arranger and producer, I have written and produced music for Liverpool Christmas production, BOLO (2009 and 2010) and for Univisión Colorado project "Sin Salud no Hay Nada" wrote the main theme song, as well as edited two audio-books in DVD format, among other projects. Our main line of work is with studio musicians and orginal music projects.

As Dean of Student Affairs for Mexico's ITESM, Mexico State Campus I had the opportunity to work with a wide variety of teams including students, teachers, artists, athletes, parents and educational administrators. In this position, I held responsibility for 8 departments with 300 people in my area, servicing a population of 11,000 students. In every area I coordinated, we excelled nationwide and in the ITESM System. In Athletics, Culture and Arts, Student Associations and Groups, Leadership and Counseling we were recognized several times for being cutting-edge and highly competitive. It was an honor to serve so many students and interesting people all that time.

As Director of Cultural affairs, I produced and directed more than 25 musicals and concerts, directing students, professional musicians, theater experts, etc. I initiated the musical theater company at Mexico State Campus, which is currently and for the past few years, an important breeding ground for the growing industry of musical theater in Mexico. I led the production and realization of shows for the TEC SYSTEM, nationwide, developing them from start to finish with multi-location auditions, rehearsals and coordination in logistics and artistic production. These shows included people from more than 20 locations and were staffed in the hundreds.
