*Organizational Leadership: ensure consistent quality of Finance and Administration, Fundraising, Marketing and Communications, Programs, Human Resources, and Systems Evaluation.*Board Development: develop, maintain, and support a strong Board of Directors; serve as ex-officio member of each committee; seek and build board involvement with mindfulness of strategic direction.*Public Relations Officer: develop and maintain professional relationships with peers, stakeholders, media, industry associations, and general public.*Compliance Officer: ensure organization is in compliance with all United Way Worldwide policies and processes, Local, state, and federal regulations and guidelines, IRS compliance, and adherence to highest ethical standards.*Organizational Development: advocate for internal and external systemic changes - leading to mission fulfillment, strategic direction, and community outcomes.

*Participate in the determination of organizational policies regarding such issues as participant eligibility, program requirements, and program benefits.*Establish and maintain relationships with other agencies and organizations in community to meet community needs and to ensure that services are not duplicated.*Speak to community groups to explain and interpret agency purposes, programs, and policies.* Developing specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your work*Establishing long-range objectives and specifying the strategies and actions to achieve them
