• As part of the technical lead team, provided technical guidance, hands-on infrastructure configuration, and operational support on the implementation and roll-out of several business critical applications with a particular focus on Allscripts/Netsmart Homecare Electronic Medical Records (EMR), Solver Business Intelligence platform BI360 Data Warehouse and Reporting, OnBase by Hyland Enterprise Content Management customized for clinical use (Netsmart AllDocs), Microsoft Dynamics GP ERP, and OpenText RightFax to help the company reaching the digital transformation objectives. • Functioned as Level 3 support for a user base of more than a 1000 home health remote clinicians (Nurses, Occupational Therapists, etc.) and back office staff distributed across 9 offices in the state of Massachusetts, acting as the highest escalation point for end user issues. • Maintained operational and proactively monitored the data center environment running VMware vSphere virtualization stack with more than 200 VMs, HP 3PAR Storage Array, Brocade Fiber Switches, HP LAN Switches, Veeam Backup & Replication Software, Offsite Data Replication to the Cloud, Windows Server Infrastructure (DNS, DHCP, NTP, etc.), MS Exchange Mail Server, Sophos and Cylance Anti-Virus, VMware Enterprise Mobile Management (AirWatch), and VDIs and applications delivered via Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop.

• Traveled to or worked remotely with more than a hundred MEDITECH Community Hospitals across the U.S., Puerto Rico, and Canada to implement mission-critical data center infrastructures to support MEDITECH HCIS Health Care Information Systems (Client Server 5.x/6.x and MAGIC 9.x). • Provided hands-on implementation of data center infrastructures, including install and configuration of mid to high-end storage arrays (EMC ClARiiON/VNX, HP XP P9000/HP 3PAR/HP, IBM DS4000/XIV, Dell Compellent SC Series, etc.), Blade and Rackmount servers, VMware vSphere Virtualization Stack, MS Windows OS, MS SQL Server, MS Web Server (IIS), Tape Libraries, SAN and LAN network equipment, and other datacenter devices. • Performed several data migration projects for clinical applications including Electronic Medical Records (EMR), Scanning and Archiving, Data Repository (SQL Databases), MEDITECH Internet Gateway (Web Servers), NPR/MT File Servers, and MAGIC Servers, using the most appropriate tools to avoid data corruption. • Participated in implementation plan revisions and ensured that milestones were met according to schedule. • Programmed and maintained a Quality Check (QC) application written in C# programming language leveraging WMI that reduced more than 90% of time required to check the accuracy of Windows Servers configurations.

• Responsible for installing lab equipment (servers, switches, storage arrays, tape libraries, etc.) used for testing hardware performance, scalability, reliability, and compatibility with MEDITECH applications. • Planned, executed, and validated integration tests for several high-speed Canon® imageFORMULA™ scanners with MEDITECH Scanning and Archiving module, in collaboration with Canon and MEDITECH Engineers. • Prepared and submitted reports on progress and findings of all testing procedures.

• Built websites using both front end and back end technologies including HTML, XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery library, PHP, CodeIgniter framework, SQL, and MySQL database. • Designed several web pages and user interfaces using Photoshop® and others Adobe Creative Suite® tools. • Converted templates into the WordPress Content Management System for easy management and editing. • Developed various personal web projects including www.ribay.net and www.blogosferaberdiana.com.
