- Responsible of the Operations, Support and Customer Service Areas (over 40 people). - Responsible of the team coordination by area.- Setting up the plannings for company projects where the Operational Area was involved.Features projects:1º- Creation of the Contents Department in entradas.com.2º- Migration of the all the cinema venues (18 clients and over 93 cinemas) with ticket system for Cinema (VISTA Entertainment) with all cinema chains collaborating with entradas.com (18 chains and 93 cinemas).3º- Migration of the Top Ticket Line clients (See Tickets Spain) to the entradas.com platforms.4º- Operational remote and onsite support for Eurobasket 2007 (Spain), Spanish Basketball Kings Cup 2009 & 2011 (Madrid), Euroleague Final Four 2008 (Madrid - Spain), NBA Europe 2009 (Madrid), F1 European GP ’13 (Valencia - Spain), F1 GP Spain ’13 (Barcelona - Spain), among others.
