As a Network Performance Manager for Regional Accounts in Brazil, I developed innovative solutions to acquire clients with limited investment capabilities, ensuring proposals were feasible for both Ericsson and the customers. My responsibilities included providing technical solutions, supporting the sales and pre-sales team, managing the delivery of network rollouts, and overseeing initial tuning. Additionally, as an Acceptance Subject Matter Expert (SME), I negotiated Acceptance KPIs with customers to align performance metrics with their requirements.Established and maintained relationships as the primary interface among all network areas, with the objective of identifying and resolving network issues, even beyond my core competence in Wireless Radio Networks.

Responsible for WCDMA and LTE networks deployment for TIM Brazil. Follow up meetings with the customer are performed to ensure the network is implemented with high level of quality and exceed customer expectation.

Responsible for Network Benchmarking for operator Vivo in Brazil, I lead customer presentation for Network Improvement suggestions.End to end analisys is routine in the project, making user experience our goal.

• Project Manager in an optimization program for Claro Brazil. I was responsible for designing, delivering and optimizing mobile networks. I established a strong relationship with the customer and reached excellent results in terms of Network Quality. Also I have created a process to measure the customer satisfaction, quality of service delivery, continuous improvement and innovation solution to make the customer best in class in telecommunication marketing. Weekly customer meetings were hold, during these meetings I presented the network improvements, problem solving analysis, main network issues and action plan for performance improvement.• The network monitoring team was also under my responsibility, this team does the actions in cases of network failures or outages, From this activity, I presented weekly reports to customer top management, considering the network issues and actions taken to avoid performance degradation out of Service Level Agreement (SLA).The program was recognized by Claro’s top management, new network solutions were sold and implemented, as a result we increased the scope of the project for 2015.

• Quality Manager in a UMTS optimization project with exceptional results in the Telcel network quality in Mexico. As result of this project handled by myself, Ericsson got a new project in 2012 increasing the revenue.

RADIO ACCESS NETWORKS OPTIMIZATION• Senior RF 3G optimization engineer for AT&T network in the U.S.A. Responsible for improving the performance of the network according to the values specified by the customer (KPI's). During the project period, the quality indicators had meaningful improvement as part of optimization activities.• Senior RF 3G optimization engineer for T-Mobile in the U.S.A. Conducted a Trial of the feature HSDPA+ 21Mbps. Activity concluded with success, the network performed very well with 15Mbps peak download in a high loaded network. The customer perception was excellent, after the trial, I was requested to activate the feature all over the country.RADIO ACCESS NETWORKS DESIGN• RF Design Engineer responsible for the RF design in projects in the customers Telstra in Australia and Claro in Brazil. Best site location were selected and sent to acquisition team for lease negotiation, always three of four options of good site location were sent, this increased the negotiating margin to close the best deal improving the customer profitability. In both projects, it was the first deployment of 3G network in the country. The RF design was approved by the customers and the networks were implemented reaching a large numbers of subscribers.• Follow up the sites installation and integration to make sure they are according to design and reaching a high level of site infrastructure and installation.

Main Qualifications: Working in the Network Operation Center (NOC), acquired knowledge on the transmission of voice and data (from 2Mbits/s to 10Gbits/s), in addition to manage the optical fiber network from Eletropaulo Telecom and performing activations of circuits E1, E3, STM1, STM4 and STM64 using SDH and PDH equipment, Lucent and Siemens.
