During my tenure at iOCO, I contributed to multiple projects where I leveraged my expertise in behavioral economics, strategy, and innovation to drive growth for our clients. My proficiency in understanding complex systems enabled me to pinpoint key problems and uncover opportunities for growth. Utilizing a design thinking methodology, I collaborated with various prominent brands, including Absa, E4, Telkom, and Clover.More recently, I have been part of a team responsible for designing the business models of various tech business units within iOCO. Additionally, I have created added value for our customers through facilitation, research, and solution design.

During my tenure at Triggerise, a global non-profit dedicated to leveraging technology to empower young women to take control of their sexual reproductive health, I played a pivotal role in optimizing team dynamics and operational efficiency. I actively assisted cross-functional teams in designing and implementing an ideal workflow tailored to their unique needs. In Ethiopia, I spearheaded change management initiatives, successfully guiding the team through the adoption of a new and more effective work methodology. Recognizing the importance of motivation in a scale-up environment, I introduced Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to inspire individuals and foster a culture of excellence. Additionally, I conducted workshops aimed at refining and enhancing business processes, ensuring that the organization continued to deliver impactful results in its mission. My contributions were integral to the organization's success in navigating a period of significant growth and transition.

My role was to assist organisations through either a digital transformation journey, or starting up a new service or business. The way I did this was by combining user centred design, design thinking with traditional management consulting tools to create a customer in, research based business model. Some of the companies I worked with during this time was Bible Media, Stellumthombo NPC, Heartflow, SG and Organic Scorecard.

Managing a non-profit's biggest challenge is developing a product to address the societal ills in a responsible and sustainable manner. My role at Stellumthombo mainly involves programme/product development as well as strategic decision making for the organisation. Other roles also include marketing, coaching and leading a team of dedicated individuals to make Stellenbosch a better place.

When I was busy doing my masters I decided to also get some hands on experience. I got the incredible opportunity to go and teach at a private college in Malawi. My role was to develop and teach at a tertiary level. While this was an incredible adventure, I also learned a lot about myself and the pace of work I need to be kept engaged.
