With report to the WW CFO , I play a pivotal role in oversee consolidation process, modernizing and optimizing the accounting processes & systems and Coordination of EMEA Financial Shared Service CenterKey tasks• management of all consolidation and Reporting processes of the Brand Actual/Budget/Forecast) and to present and discuss financial performance to the CEO and the executive management of the Group (P/L and Cash flow);• coordinating the Group audit and Statutory audit activities with our auditors;• Owning IFRS training content and delivering IFRS trainings to the finance community, particularly in respect of audit related matters,• Develop and execute a comprehensive accounting transformation strategy for transformation of accounting systems / tools, aligning with the company's overall financial objectives.• Evaluate and optimize accounting / financial processes, identifying areas for automation and efficiency gains.• Implement best practices and accounting standards to ensure accuracy, compliance, and internal controls.• Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, finance, and other departments to integrate new systems and technologies.• Manage and oversee the implementation of new accounting software and tools including ERP and CPM• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies to ensure the company remains at the forefront of accounting excellence.• Manage / Support Acquisitions and incorporate new legal entities into current company structure (includes international entities / Foreign currency transactions.)
