It was started since the BW Server installation and connection between systems.– Connection between all the Servers from R/3 with all the servers from BW (DEV, QUA, PRD)– Responsible for the collection of all the KPI’s needed right after a Remodeling Action Plan delivery made by the Strategic consultant company ‘Modus’; – Responsible for gathering all the reports needed to achieve the monitoring system proposed from the strategic company.– Modeling the data model based on the researched information.– It was developed a system in BW that receive data from the salesman PDAs an transforms it in a very powerful research tool of the other players market share in the main Brazilian Supermarkets as Wall Mart, Carrefour, and compares it with Caramuru’s market share.– Data source enhancements, generic extractors, user Exits and customized delta built up for the data sources; and also V3 Updates;– The final model implemented used ODS to stage the data in a greater granularity before transferring the ODS contents to the Info Cube, where the data was more summarized.– Tracing problem in BW caused by some upgrade procedures and resolution; – Automation in Process Chains of master and transactional data upload from files and SAP. Customized Info Objects, Info Sources and Info Cubes;– Authorization functions for Info Cubes, allocation of roles and authorization objects for different class of users;– Developed around 40 reports which 15 of them were extremely complex, using counters, calculated key figures and virtual key figures.– Transport and validation of all the data in BW– Six months later we did a Performance Analysis on Queries, Extractors, Upload process and process chains. Based on this analysis we built up a roll of Action Items to improve the performance and reduce the server processor load. -
