We also produced 6-8 public student performances and exhibitions / events annually for audiences of 50-400.Arts education policy work included key city memberships beginning in 2009, representing Out of Site at community- and city-wide convenings and collaboratives including Afterschool for All, Excelsior Collaborative, and OMI Community Collaborative.Managed facilities relationships with Lick-Wilmerding High School, San Francisco Unified School District, and Envision Schools. Composed and grew 6-8 member board of directors; co-led 13 board trainings and retreats; developed 3-year strategic plan and fund development plan; cultivated relationships with 80 individual donors, 10 foundations, 10 in-kind donors, and four government donors, and additional small business community champions; and created 15 key partnerships with SFUSD, city agencies, colleges, arts institutions, community-based nonprofits, and other arts and non-arts organizations.
