The last 4 years I have been using my finance & ERP skills, knowledge & experience to improve processes and the security within the Unit4 ERP of Van Oord as a Project Manager & Consultant preventing Segregation Of Duty conflicts and fraud from within. The time to create an User Application Request form by an employee has been reduced with approximately 90-95%, saving a lot of time & money.My strength is the combination of 30+ years of experience in finance and ERP systems like for instance Unit4 ERP(UBW/Agresso), SAP and Axapta Dynamics where I find the challenge to improve the internal processes on behalf of my customers, supported by my knowledge and best set up in for instance Unit4 ERP.I think that its a great challenge to improve and change eventhough many likes to hold on to what they have. With todays possibilities there is a lot to gain for companies using ERP systems like Unit4 ERP and SAP, but the biggest gain is a correct openminded set up with the focus to the future and not making a copy of the present set up.
