As Marketing Director, I was responsible for developing the hospital's international patient program, which included setting up representative offices in over 20 countries and developing the first end-to-end international patient center that managed all inbound international patient activity from initial email to discharge, orchestrating the hospital's branding and re-positioning the hospital from a general hospital in Thailand that treats international patients to an international medical center and the icon of the medical tourism industry.Highlights include:• Doubled international patient volume • Trebled international patient revenue • Positioned Bumrungrad as a the world’s leading medical tourism hospital• Conceptualized and executed end-to-end rebranding for the hospital• Managed all international marcomm and business development activities• Developed a network of over 20 international representative offices

The Company was founded by Dr. William Jordan, Urologist, who pioneered mobile lithotripsy in the USA. I set up operations, sales and marketing in Thailand, Philippines, Mexico and Panama with over 100 hospitals and 700 urologists in Asia and Latin America. The business was later sold to Sodexo.
