Responsible for overseeing IT Operations at Kramp, where my focus is on driving innovation, optimizing efficiency, and cultivating team success. I lead multiple first and second line support teams across Europe, managing approximately 45 full-time employees and collaborating closely with 5 team managers

As board member I was responsible for developing and executing the strategy and for organizing monthly events which give members the opportunity to learn from others, to challenge opinions and to improve their skills. Additionally, I supported the roll-out of Young Kramp to countries outside of the Benelux.Young Kramp is an inspirational platform helping young employees forward in their personal development. It provides the possibility to quickly extend the network within Kramp and to promote members as an enthusiastic and ambitious part of the Kramp family. Young Kramp members don’t see department- or international boundaries. They help each other on request and voluntary to propel Kramp, their own careers and those of others. Even if this is outside of their normal obligations and job profile.

- Managing 7 teams across Europe, 25 FTE, 3 Supervisors- 16 Countries, 3000+ end users- Coaching teams facing tough challenges e.g. related to how they work and interact together- Spot warning signs, foresee and remove blockers before they become problematic- Stay in touch with all stakeholders (local directors / managers) in every site and ensure that the customer satisfaction stays on a high level- Ensuring value is provided and business goals are met- Improve ITIL processes (align with scrum/agile methodology)- Ensuring all services are delivered to an appropriate level of quality- Ensuring that the right people are on the right place, by hiring and developing

- Managing 2 application support teams in the Benelux, 15 FTE- Transforming the IT strategy into concrete operational actions- Recognize IT trends and translates this to the Kramp IT environment- Plans and manages resources allocation in the team- Optimizing processes within the department and coordinating the process between the departments- Initiating and managing projects- Realizing and monitoring relevant KPI’s
