I have contributed to engineering solutions by applying IT and Automation in projects for the paper and pulp, metals, and non-wovens industries, serving clients such as Suzano S.A, Munksjo, Ahlstrom, Novelis, Suominen, Oji Papéis, Fitesa, Klabin, Multiverde Papéis, among others.I coordinate, commission, and perform the startup of surface inspection systems and break monitoring systems from AMETEK Surface Vision in Brazil, as well as provide support.Key projects include:- Development of software on the Windows platform for integrating defects detected by the AMETEK surface inspection system and metals detected by the Metron Profi line system for the non-wovens industry;- Development of software on the Windows platform for integrating defects detected by the AMETEK surface inspection system with a database at Oji Papéis;- Coordination and participation in the commissioning and startup of the AMETEK surface inspection system on the Coater at Suzano S.A in Limeira;- Coordination, commissioning, and startup of the AMETEK break monitoring system on machine B6 at Suzano S.A in Suzano - SP;- Coordination, commissioning, and startup in the retrofit of the COGNEX surface inspection system on RM2 at Novelis do Brasil;- Coordination, commissioning, and startup of the upgrade of the AMETEK surface inspection system on RM2 at Novelis do Brasil;- Participation in the coordination, commissioning, and startup of the AMETEK surface inspection system on RM4 at Novelis do Brasil;- Coordination, project, commissioning, and startup of the retrofit of the COGNEX surface inspection system removed from Munkjso Jacareí and installed on MP5 at Munksjo Caieiras;- Project and implementation of bare-metal virtualization and OPC communication for the Honeywell QCS and Siemens DA servers at Fernandez Papel;- Projects and implementations of bare-metal virtualization of quality systems at Oji Papéis, Suzano S.A, Munksjo, Suominen, and Multiverde Papéis.

During this period, I contributed to various automation projects, IT and Automation solutions, and the implementation and support of surface inspection and break monitoring systems for clients in the paper and pulp, non-wovens, and banking automation industries. Some of the key projects include:- Field technician supporting QCS Mahlo and ABB systems and being responsible for the computational structures of these systems in paper and pulp factories such as Santher, Suzano Papel e Celulose, International Paper, among others;- Directly participated in developing the operator interface in the supervisory system for the first Mahlo QCS systems installed in Brazil;- Implemented one of the first virtualizations of the ABB QCS operating system at the MD Papeis factory in Cubatão;- Participated in the installation, commissioning, and startup of a COGNEX/AMETEK break monitoring system at Santa Maria in Guarapuava;- Participated in the installation, commissioning, and startup of three COGNEX/AMETEK surface inspection systems at CBA Alumínio;- Participated in the installation, commissioning, and startup of a COGNEX/AMETEK surface inspection system at Oji Papéis in Piracicaba;- Coordinated, commissioned, and started up a COGNEX/AMETEK break monitoring system on the Coater PC3 at Oji Papéis in Piracicaba;- Coordinated, commissioned, and started up a COGNEX/AMETEK break monitoring system on the B8 paper machine at Suzano Papel e Celulose in Suzano - SP;- Provided technical and sales support for JCM bill validators used in automated fare collection systems for the subways and buses in São Paulo;- Developed and implemented internal network and Active Directory solutions on Windows Server for the company's infrastructure;- Managed and improved the entire IT infrastructure and company website.
