• Operates and adjusts production facilities as directed within designated limits to ensure maximum recovery/injection on assigned shifts. Conducts production tests, including removing/ changing orifice plates at test separator, switching over valves on manifold, adjusting levels, pressures, and chokes. Commission meters includes opening/shutting the inlet valve and installing correct size orifice plates. Logging reading of temperatures, pressures and flows at required operation. Carries out routine, non-routine changeover of pumps, operates the manifold valves for diversion of wells and prepares equipment for maintenance activities under the guidance. • Checks, monitors, and adjusts equipment at dehydration stations includes topping up levels in accumulator, adjusting pump rate to maintain level in contactors, checking heaters for hot spots and abnormal sounds, monitoring PH of glycol, and adding chemicals if required.• Well-handled field experience - PIGGING operation, Utility equipment’s (IAC (instrument Air compressor), dryer unit and N2 unit), and Process equipment’s (Pump’s, Multi-stage Gas compressors), Shut and Start-up the WELLHEAD.• Good handling experience – Following PTW activities in field, as an Area Authority keep the on-job activities under control, keep records and raise an Observation card. • Good communication experience – During change-over / isolation of equipment’s or lifeline or vessel had a clear communication with CCR in radio. • Good Safety Handling experience – Using proper PPEs for corresponding activity during handling chemical for injection, operating valves in field, collecting Oil and Gas sample from metering skid, Vessels, etc... Proving LOTO after isolating the equipment /valves with reference in P&ID mentioned in PTW-attachments. Purging with N2 the line/vessel/pump/compressor has contaminated with H2S before hand-over to maintenance.
