- Major Modification of Process Pressure Vessels (Nozzles & Column Internal Trays) to suit for change in Process conditions due to addition of new Cracker Plant - Preparation and Coordination for Rigging of Heavy Machineries for plant Revamping Works.

-- Researching and coordinating with Consultant to advise Engineering Design Team on applicable regulatory and industry compliance standards and codes --Managing and administrating subcontractors from various disciplines in terms of contract, legal, commercial and insurance related matters -- Reviewing subcontractor assessments and issuing subcontract payment certificates -- Monitoring construction work progress and coordinating with subcontractors for resource mobilization  -- Controlling and monitoring Construction total expenditure including verifying and checking of invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors and subcontractors with reference to the Contractual Work Volume and Scope of Work to ensure that all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded and within the project budget

-- Compiled and prepared Subcontracting Tender Documents & Contract Packages in compliance with approved company policy and project requirements -- Coordinated and executed Tender Briefing and Clarification Meetings with bidders and respective Construction Teams for Construction Work Packages (Civil, Mechanical, Piping, Electrical, Instrumentation & Insulation) -- Controlled and monitored Construction total expenditure including verifying and checking of invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors and subcontractors with reference to the Contractual Work Volume and Scope of Work to ensure that all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded and within the project budget-- Prepared Weekly & Monthly Reports and presentation materials related to Construction Work progress and participated in the client and internal Project Management meeting-- Coordinated and liaised with various external agencies and government authorities for obtaining regulatory approvals and maintenance of critical project components-- Managed and coordinated with subcontractors from various discipline to comply to the Contractual requirements in terms of Scope of Work, Scope of Supply, and HSE compliance during construction phase
