Litu is a collaborative space where diverse voices come together to create and innovate. We believe in freely sharing knowledge and ensuring equal participation because we think that to come up with new ideas, we need to hear from as many different voices as possible. Our goal is to foster collaboration among different perspectives to imagine new possibilities.My vision for Litu is to promote and produce interdisciplinary projects that address significant challenges in our society, such as environmental sustainability, social inclusion, economic inequality and intersectionality.I started this NGO in 2023 and have recently applied to several Erasmus + projects and I am currently awaiting for the results from the National Agency. My role is that of project writer and facilitator.

After 3 years of direct involvement with Young Office, I now operate on an arm's length basis, helping out if I get a call from the team, we are still active collaborators and I look forward to what the future will bring

I was responsible for the organisation and Implementation of the grant, managing all aspects of the projects from meetings, logistics and general project management. I was also responsible as the main trainer during both exchanges, organising workshops and designing the program flow and ensuring the participant groups' safety.

I co-wrote and developed a KA154 project for Young Office to secure funding for the yearly Kinesis festival and to organise a bilateral exchange with a similar organisation 'La Periferica' based in Almeria, Spain. I wrote both the application and the final report, as well as most project-related documents such as info packs mandates artist contracts and so forth.

During this time I co-founded Young Office with a team of 4 young people from the city. We started YO in 2021 as a reaction to the lack of cultural activities involving youth in the city. YO's main goal is to engage and support young people in terms of cultural life by creating events, concerts, workshops and festivals. We hold around 2-3 events a month drawing a huge range of people from across the region. We support young artists by giving them space to grow artistically, emotionally and intellectually. We use the term “office” because as members of the young office we run all aspects of the organization ourselves, from budgets to PR and event management. Originally conceived as being part of the activities of the main cultural center of Zilina: Stanica Žilina-Záriečie, the project was taken on by the European Solidarity Corps volunteers at Stanica, Luna Mafo and Rubi Jansen. The initial goal was to find out why young people were not coming to the events programmed. So we began to research, and it quickly became apparent that due to a large generational gap and differing interests of the young people that a different approach was needed. Very quickly it became apparent that our needs were very different to that of Stanica Žilina-Záriečie, we were interested in different topics and had a different way of working. So we agreed that we would become a sort of autonomous branch of Stanica, running alongside but separately to their organization. We came up with the name Young Office to reflect this, and since then we have become the major hub for your arts and culture in the region. Supported by, TEH, Stanica Zilina Zariece and Zilina 2026

During my temporary role as an Enrollment Administrator at City College Norwich, my primary responsibility involved meticulously processing student data into the college's databases. With attention to detail, I ensured that all information was accurately recorded and maintained. My temporary position provided me with valuable experience in managing student data and contributing to the educational journey of City College Norwich's students.

Freelance teaching and advice for students during the 1st year course 'gender and sexuality'.

My first project starting in 2017 was a student-run radio station. We started as a podcast platform for people who would not have had the opportunity to share their stories otherwise. This small-scale operation grew into a wide-ranging organization that included shows on regional broadcast radio, a series of live events, and a roster of local musicians and artists who contributed to the development of a new generation of local talent. I was editor-in-chief and responsible for the engineering of the live FM shows and event management during concerts and performances.

I was the venue and event coordinator for the 2019-2020 series of concerts and events at SRM, responsible for booking bands, designing the space and running the technical backend necessary for live events. Unfortunately cut short by COVID-19 the space provided an alternative community venue for young people in the region.
