Key responsibilities are listed below:• Produced and shared Reports, Presentations, Spreadsheets, Graphs, Charts using Microsoft Office Suite• Successfully planned and coordinated company events and teamwork activities• Documentation, customer communication, providing updates on the arrival of export and import shipments• Plan and Coordinate cargo handling to ensure smooth delivery of cargo at destination countries• Invoicing & Billing• Maintaining SOA for the companies business activities.• Organizing and scheduling meetings for the Director• Scheduling and coordinating Directors overseas business trips• Prioritizing and completing tasks independently

Key responsibilities listed below:• Registration of company with ACRA• Filing of Annual General Meeting (AGM) / Annual Returns (AR) with ACRA• Preparing documents for incorporation of new companies• Invoicing & Billing• Customer communications and follow-ups• General administrative work which includes scheduling meetings, organizing team events, preparing quotations, data entry etc

Key responsibilities listed below:• Developing trusting and effective relationships with all the children in the class and their parents• Establishing supportive and positive working relationships with all other members of staff• Becoming a presence across the whole school and a representative of it within its wider community• Working in close partnership with the class teacher to establish an appropriately child-centered learning environment for the children• Participating fully in the preparation, planning, and delivery of child-centered learning activities for the children in the class• Assisting with the children’s safe use of school transport arrangements• Ensuring that the children are safe and secure at all times
