The exploration of a museum facility for slavery history started in May 2020 and will take approximately nine months, depending on corona measures. NiNsee, Museum Zonder Muren, IZI Solutions and the City of Amsterdam are working together on a report describing what visitors of a possible future museum facility can expect to experience slavery history.

Cappella Amsterdam gives choir music its place in the 21st century and keeps the rich choir canon alive. That means continuing an excellent implementation practice and entering into innovation on many fronts. We want to introduce the broadest possible audience to choral music. To this end, we bring diversity in our programs, in our partner choices and our employees.

Developed and nurtured a strong external network to identify and take advantage of new opportunities for social partners across sectors that included health, police and education. Held oversight for the promotion of diversity policies in the public sector. Provided policy advice to social partners and interfaced regularly with numerous stakeholders. Managed project development and oversaw research initiatives. Led procurement and tool creation.

Initiated and coordinated global and European projects focused on developing and cementing collaborations with foreign colleges and universities. Advised universities and colleges on the participation of ethnic minority students in higher education, provided consultation on related policies, and aided them in formulating public relations and procurement strategies. Performed role of speaker at key international and European conferences and debates. Built strong relationships with the media.Oversaw all phases of the successful international Equal project including information management, coordinating the information flow between countries, project monitoring, public relations, and forecasting and solving issues with project analysis and advice. Authored interim and final reports, organised study visits to participating countries, and coordinated the final conference at the EU in Brussels.

Selected 10 university colleges and provided grants for them to participate in the project. Administered the budget and oversaw information management, business intelligence gathering, research initiatives, internal finance management and audits, and public relations. Managed logistics of the sub-projects, established an external network of 300 experts involved with higher education, and contracted specialists including writers, graphic designers and trainers. Organised 2 national events each year. Introduced a fund for students to study abroad.

Supervised a team of consultants focused on generating new funds and grants. Interfaced with overseas and external partners and participated in overseas assignments in the Netherlands Antilles. Created new tools and provided advice to the Board of Governors.

Held oversight for various policy areas including emancipation, education, youth and networking. Initiated and led projects related to these areas. Served as a member of the Emancipation Council and the Minorities Advisory Board of the Utrecht municipality.
