Hi, I am Rubini the Co-Founder of Mind Movers Academy. I specialise in training and developing programs for youths and corporate clients focused on building resilience and improving psychological wellbeing.My work draws on principles of positive psychology and behavioural science and is tailored to the specific needs of each organisation, institutions that I work with. I also use multiple modalities in delivering programs as I believe there is no one size fit all.I hold a double masters in Engineering from Technology University of Malaysia and in Business Psychology from Heriot Watt. I am a qualified HRDF certified trainer and a Behaviour change specialist .I have over twelve years of experience working for various multinationals that has allowed me to gain experience to work effectively and responsively with diverse ages, cultures, backgrounds, & beliefs. I am able to provide training, consultation, collaboration services that support corporates and youths to develop resilience and improve their wellbeing.
