I have substantial experience representing companies in complex matters ranging from antitrust and pharmaceutical litigations to government investigations involving antitrust, FCPA and other matters. Many of the engagements in which I am involved are "bet-the-company" matters. I have extensive experience in preparing cases for trial and believe that every aspect of a litigation must be undertaken with an understanding of how it will impact an eventual trial or lead to early resolution. In July 2013, I was lead trial counsel in the Pennsylvania Voter ID Litigation, obtaining an injunction and order declaring the law unconstitutional and ensuring that 800,000 or more did not lose the right to vote.
