Utilizing software such as Onshape, MATLAB, JMP, LoggerNet, and Linux development environments.-Develop code utilizing C#, CRBasic, C++, SQL, Python3, VBA and standard communication protocols such as MODBUS and DNP3.-Coordinate internal and external groups to complete novel projects such as OUC’s Nanogrid, electric bus charging, DERMS, and other clean energy products-Manage a network of weather stations, machine learning IoT devices, and databases used in solar energy/storage research and integration-Researching technologies to determine business cases and write white papers-Design experiments and test exciting new products and materials in the renewable energy and conservation fields.-Manufacture components via 3D printing, machining, and carpentry. Engage with outside vendors for CNC machining and material post-processing.
