As a bank supervisor, I oversaw daily operations, ensuring team efficiency and maintained high customer service standards. My responsibilities included guiding staff, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring compliance with regulations. I played a key role in training, fostering a productive work environment, and collaborating on procedural improvements and strategic planning. During this program I collaborated with a team of 16 on a supply chain management case study for PepsiCo, which concluded with a formal presentation to a panel of executives. Our team earned 3rd place in the competition.
