Every person has different types of personality and characteristics, and I learned how to cope and communicate with them. The biggest challenge for me from this experience is as a leader we must be able to suppress our own emotions and egos to keep our member’s performance optimal and stable, and also maintain objectivity in every decision-making. This event isn't perfect, there are still a lot of issues that could be fixed, and there are lots of little things that have a big negative impact during the event itself, or even post-event, which has an impact on both external and internal, who participate in this event.
