Client Account Manager – Investments
CurrentClient Account Management: Oversee and manage investment accounts for clients, ensuring accurate processing of transactions and regular updates on account status.Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates on investment performance, and handling administrative issues.Transaction Handling: Execute investment transactions, including purchases, sales, and transfers, while adhering to regulatory requirements and internal policies.Performance Monitoring: Track and review investment performance, generating reports and summaries to provide clients with insights into their portfolio's status and performance.Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all investment activities and client interactions, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal procedures.Internal Coordination: Collaborate with other departments, such as compliance and finance, to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
