• Consult to Metrix and clients regarding WCAG Accessibility Compliance and AODA by: - Create accessible materials in Word, PPT, PDF - Ensure that accessibility Level A and AA requirements are implemented in eLearning modules using S360 and RISE - Create accessibility compliant videos using VYOND - QA materials for accessibility using screen reader software such as NVDA - Create text alternative module versions in HTML

• Develop eLearning modules in Storyline 360, RISE, Captivate, which includes prototyping and fully functional modules in both English and French• Document technical requirements and test scripts for QA development phase• Implement storyboard design and client revisions into eLearning modules • Test modules in LMS sandbox• Upload modules in production LMS for launch

• Define project scope in collaboration with clients• Develop, maintain and implement project timelines using MS Project• Develop a project dashboard used for weekly communication, project tracking, budget/scope management, risk assessment• Manage client expectations by ensuring timely communication flows between project and internal teams via weekly update reports, weekly meetings and check-ins • Create financial reports which include invoices, project run rates, project reconciliations, amendments, and other supporting financial report requirements • Ensure that projects include the right resources at the right time• Support in the development of project materials by creating learning and development deliverables that includes ILT/VILT materials, eLearning, interactive PDFs, eBooks, electronic performance support tools and LMS administration

• Active monitoring of proposal sourcing portals (Merx, Biddingo, Ontario Tenders, Buy and Sell)• Recommends bidding opportunities to Business Development team (RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, VORs/Standing Offers)• Manages proposal development process from requirements, response development, delivery, contract award, MSAs and renewals• Ensures eProcurement processes (supplier and client interactions) and guidelines are being met (monthly activity reports, contract compliance)• Familiar with eProcurement software such as Arriba Solutions, BravoSolutions (OPS) and CPSS (PWGSC)
