I am a passionate advocate for afterschool education, currently driving change as a key contributor at the Partnership for Afterschool Education (PASE) in New York. In my current role, I spearhead curriculum development, where I leverage my expertise to design and implement enriching programs that empower young minds. Every day at PASE, I witness the transformative impact of quality afterschool initiatives on the lives of children and youth. This hands-on experience fuels my commitment to nurturing their potential and fostering a brighter future.My dedication to afterschool education extends beyond the workplace. As a proactive advocate, I collaborate with a dynamic team, engage with local communities, and actively seek opportunities to elevate the importance of afterschool programs. Organised and led Campus-Wide Initiatives, including a successful Coats Drive and Winter Drive, providing essential items to low income students. In the year prior to my vice presidency, I successfully organised a personal fundraiser , raising over 18000 in one week to cover a tuition fee deficit, demonstrating strong skills in fundraising and community mobilization.
