Conduct research on product formulations. analyze formulations for product criteria.According to cGMP, create and analyze formulations as directed, including but not limited to stability samples and clinical study samples.Set up, review, develop, and monitor procedures, methods and specifications to comply with cGMPs,OSHA, EPA and FDA regulations.Analyze competitive products for formulation parameters as directed. write reports and submit data to collective database.Maintain and calbrate equipment and laboratory in clean and orderly condition in compliance with OSHA guidelines. Maintain sufficient inventory of materials, supplies and equipment for the preformance of duties.Complete and maintain all related laboratory and manufacturing records, test results and reports.Write SOPs as necessary or assigned.

Prepare wet lab chemistry,Microbiology, analysis batch product samples daily, perform standard laboratory test and Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) test as per FDA and Fleet Laboratory Standard Operating procedures, interpert all test results, log in all data and maintain all records reguarding daily lab operations.
