Guest Experience Associate
Current- Ensure the happiness and satisfaction of all guests by providing a consistently high standard of service.Represent the company to clients and guests who contact the office with professionalism, courtesy, and a positive attitude.- Act as a liaison between Property Managers, Operations, Concierges, and guests to facilitate smooth communication and coordination.- Respond to emails, messages, and phone calls promptly and effectively, addressing guest inquiries and concerns.- Create bookings for guests and efficiently handle payment transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.- Coordinate with Concierges to ensure a seamless check-in process for guests, providing necessary information and assistance.
