Assess compliance or operational risks and develop risk management strategies.Identify compliance issues that require follow-up or investigation.Maintain documentation of compliance activities, such as complaints received or investigation outcomes.Collaborate with human resources departments to ensure the implementation of consistent disciplinary action strategies in cases of compliance standard violationsServe as the Investigator for highly complex/sensitive cases, using optimal strategy, while following investigation protocols and taking into consideration applicable company policies and procedures.Recommend appropriate course of action when needed.Establish and improve processes and reduce risk to the company, while ensuring respect for team members during the investigatory processIdentify and remove barriers to successful investigations and work to resolve them in an effective and timely manner.Prepare Investigation reports of all Investigations and follow up the recommendations.Effectively partner with a wide range of internal company stakeholders, including: HR, Legal Department, Compliance & Audit, and Department Management to discuss and resolve issues related to the investigation process.
