Intercompany Expense Allocations Planning & Analysis of cost and monthly review of actual cost of shared services activities for all functions such as IT, HR, Finance, Legal, Training, etc. This involves dealing with all function directors, understanding cost drivers as part of firm’s policies and vision and communicating these to all finance heads across BCG offices2. OverheadsCalculating annual overhead rates for all BCG locations and analyze the cost based on currency fluctuations, economic policies, location strategies, etc. These are applied to all hosted employees across the world3. Worldwide Intercompany ReconciliationsResponsible for global intercompany reconciliations between more than 90 offices in 50 countries. The typical transactions involve Interco AR/AP, Intraco AR/AP, Intercompany Revenue exported/imported, Intercompany loans, In-house bank recon, Intercompany Accruals recon, etc.4. Realized and Unrealized fx transactions Accounting for all fx related activity ranging from all Intercompany transactions as the parent company absorbs all fx gain/loss, Hedging, loans, etc.5. New Businesses accounting support Help set up new alternate business models such as Digital Ventures, Technology Advantage Offices, Platinion, etc within BCG systems, facilitate with core consulting offices to support ABMs in getting services such as Local IT, recruiting, payroll, etc. as they have in house support services and economies of scale6. Intercompany loans Work with treasury team to account for all Intercompany loans & Interest accruals for all US entities7. Intercompany Audits Auditing Intercompany details for all offices around the world

▪ Working as a Subject Matter Expert for the regulatory reporting of Barclays Bank PLC▪ Performing Monthly and Quarterly Closing & Reporting activities in compliance with UKGAAP and Corporate regulations.▪ Review of the Balance Sheet of BBPLC being the key Returns to be submitted to the External Regulators▪ Preparation of Profit & Loss Statement of BBPLC submitted to Bank of England.▪ Undertaking variance analysis of the Balance Sheet movements every month.▪ Assuring correct classification of the balances as per the regulatory reporting norms▪ Responsible for liaising the relationship between BFSS Noida, London Group Finance and Barclays Capital in case of queries from regulator, new amendments or changes etc.▪ Responsible for streamlining processes through reduction in procedures, resource productivity and improving the quality of workforce through proper mentoring.▪ Meeting deadlines while also maintaining the highest standards of quality of the work.▪ Regular dealing with Risk & Governance Team for the SOX compliance involving monthly review of procedures & ensuring proper segregation of duty.
