Hello! My name is Ruby and I am a graduate from Whittier College with a BA in Business Administration and concentration in marketing and international business. I am passionate about helping companies grow by strengthening their brand identity and image. I enjoy working on business strategies, such as a SWOT analysis to help businesses build value to their consumers and creating not just a utilitarian value, but hedonic as well. I have had success on my school projects on subjects such as business strategy, branding, and international marketing where I focused on existing companies in what they can do to improve, grow, and strategize through different forms of marketing campaigns.Throughout my undergraduate education, I worked in retail and did an internship with a packaging company that focused on B2B sales. From these jobs I was able to learn great communication skills and in observing what customers needed and wanted. These job opportunities helped me develop insight through the customer's perspective, helping me develop improvement strategies for the company to grow in. Because of my research and projects, I was able to receive an award for outstanding performance in International Business at my college. I am eagerly on the search for gaining more hands-on experience in my concentrated field of marketing in a work setting to best help companies grow in current times.
