 Timely reporting and Payment of Departure tax to authorities. Cash controls and payroll perpetration  Appropriate calculation and deduction of social security and income tax  Maintenance of staff files.  Maintenance of staff leaves & Sick leaves.  Health / Life insurance negotiations for staff.  Good knowledge of local labor laws and in direct contact with the lawyers.  Budget preparations for all cost center. Analyze Budget figures; actual versus Budget and discuss same with the concerned budget holders.  Thorough monthly review for trial balance to clear all outstanding items.  Bank reconciliations and monthly review of clearing accounts and prepayments. Credit control; assuring collection as per the assigned timelines Cash management, assuring funds are kept at the lowest possible at the station,  Timely payment to suppliers as per credit limits.  Petty Cash control and verifications with holders.  Contract negotiation with suppliers to guarantee best prices.  Continues contract reviews and renegotiations.  Managing BSP defaults and monthly sales monitoring and reporting. Refund calculation & verification. Managing both GSAs in the West bank & Iraq.  Cargo Sales reporting and Credit control.  Handling Passengers with Baggage claims and arranging settlements as per IATA regulations.
